Train Seat Alarm helps you track TCDD seat availability and receive alerts. This policy explains what data we store and how we use it.

Data we store

• Account identifiers from Apple or Google sign-in (provider + subject).
• Email address if it is provided by the sign-in provider.
• Push notification token, device platform, app version, and last seen time.
• Alert data: routes, dates, train info, cabin preferences, and alert status.
• Notification events linked to your alerts.

How we use data

• Create and manage your seat alerts.
• Send seat availability notifications.
• Maintain account security and prevent abuse.
• Support account and alert deletion requests.

What we do not store

We do not store your name. The app does not request access to your location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers required to operate the app, such as Apple Sign In, Google Sign-In, and Firebase Cloud Messaging.

Retention

Your data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account in the app, your account, devices, alerts, and notification events are removed.
